Apple TV 4th Gen Review Best Buy Apple TV Sale

The fourth-generation Apple TV, first unveiled at the iPhone 6s event, was finally released shortly. Apple TV, which was put on the market in 2007 and was regarded as a hobby project for Apple up to that time, has become a hobby device and has become a much more ambitious product after reaching 20 million sales figures.

With a similar design line to the third-generation, Apple TV offered for sale in 2012, the new Apple TV comes with a much thicker and heavier body compared to the older models. The new Apple TV, 35 mm taller than the old Apple TV, 23 mm in height from the ground, weighs 425 grams. Let’s take a look at the previous model’s 272 grams. The new Apple TV, with its width and depth value protected, has links on the back. The power supply is located between the ports of the HDMI, USB-C and Ethernet devices. Obviously, it is a pity that the optical audio output of the previous generation is not available in the new model. Another difference that separates the new Apple TV from its predecessor is its Wi-Fi 802.11ac connection. With 802.11ac connectivity support, the new Apple TV offers data rates three times faster than the 802.11n standard. With this connection, Apple TV performs almost as close to the Ethernet connection.

The installation of Apple TV is done very quickly and simply. You need to connect Apple TV to HDMI over TV in the first place. Later, when you turn on your iPhone Bluetooth and bring it closer to Apple TV, the installation process is quickly completed. Apple TV can also be installed manually, apart from the iPhone installation process. If this setup is selected, the Apple ID and password must be entered. After entering this information Apple TV is ready for use. Looking at the interface, the new interface has a much more modern and simple look, with a great resemblance to the previous generation. The apps, film and music covers have become more prominent with the new interface and the trackpad on the remote control gives the feeling of touching the TV screen well. The depth perception, also called parallax, has brought the user experience to a different dimension.

One of the Apple TV’s remotes is a refreshed remote control from its range. The remote control, which is the most eye-catching hardware change on the new Apple TV, is almost identical in size to the previous generation. On the top of the console, which houses a glass-made trackpad, there’s a main screen, menu, playback, audio on / off and Siri keys. The onboard trackpad helps make navigating easier. The accelerometer is charged by a gyroscope and the lightning cable that comes out of the control box where the dual microphone for voice control is located. According to Apple, the remote control’s battery offers up to three months of use when fully charged.

It also offers music that you’ve already purchased on Apple TV, which lets you access photos on iCloud via music app. In the end, it is worth noting that the new Apple TV is a revolutionary product for both Apple TV and users, but the set-top box is not a revolutionary product.
