Weekly Flyers

The tablet, which won designation, portability, performance, and accessory support, gave us the first signal about future computers. Apple has updated this successful tablet after a one-year hiatus and has come up with a much more ambitious model.

Continuing the design philosophy that began with iPad Air 2, the new iPad Pro has a design similar to the 9.7-inch model at first glance. The screen frame is 40 percent thinner compared to the previous model, giving the tablet a much better experience. When you take the new iPad Pro by hand with the refinement of the frames, the tablet gives you the impression that you are holding a piece of paper. As with Apple’s previous tablets, the new iPad Pro is still quite attractive with its aluminum-made frame. The main physical display key is located on the front of the tablet as it is in the 9.7-inch model, offering silver, gold, space grey and rose gold colors.

Let’s just say that the new home screen key, which is responsive and responsive to iPhone 7’s responsive touch-sensitive feedback, is not included in the 10.5-inch model. When looking at the back of the tabletop, the camera protrudes, and on the left side, the Smart Connector connection bumps. On the right side of the iPad Pro are the volume keys, at the top is a headset entry, and at the bottom is the Lightning connection. Wi-Fi model 469 grams The LTE model weighs 477 grams and the tablet thickness is only 6.1 mm. In the LTE model we tested, we use an aluminum-made LTE module that matches the other surfaces of the Tablet instead of plastic, as it was in the previous model.

With every new iPad model pushing the performance curve to the top, Apple is also moving its performance to the new tablet. Apple’s choice of four 64-bit A9X processors at 2,16 GHz in the 9.7-inch iPad Pro is using a six-core 2.38 GHz A10X Fusion processor in its new tablet. As in the previous model, the performance of the new iPad Pro is also brilliant. It is not possible to be impressed by the speed of the tablets that perform exceptionally well in performance-intensive games and compelling applications like 3D.

Yen The most important innovation that distinguishes the iPad Pro from its predecessor is the 10.5-inch iPad Pro. The tablet, which is about 20 percent larger than the 9.7-inch screen size, offers more room for more processing. The Yen is one of the iPad Pro’s all-in-one replacement speeds of 120 Hz. When compared to the previous model, the new iPad Pro’s screen looks incredibly smooth. The fluency in both games, both video and internet pages is obvious.

The 10.5-inch iPad Pro has another feature that allows it to separate from its predecessor. Using 9.7-inch iPad Pro cameras on the iPhone 6s, Apple is using the camera of the new model with the iPhone 7’s camera. Like the previous model, the camera output comes with a 12 megapixel F / 1.8 diaphragm on the back of the tablet, and a 7-megapixel camera with an F / 2.2 diaphragm on the front. Tablet cameras, compared to the 9.7-inch model, allow for more detailed shots. Let’s just say that the rear camera, which is especially successful in low light conditions, also supports the double-tone LED flash. Thanks to the Retina Flash on the front camera, more bright selfie shots can be made on the tablet. The tablet, which also supports the Live Photos feature, makes it possible to capture the moment in front of a captured photo in a moving and audible manner.

The Acer Aspire VX 15, which stands out as a budget-friendly alternative among laptops, aims to be a price / performance device with ambitious hardware. When it comes to gaming computers, players can pack up legendary casinos if they have enough money. However, each player can not have a budget or place for a gigantic case. Particularly, students who have to travel frequently or prefer to stay at home are game-focused notebook alternatives at this point. The Acer Aspire VX 15, which comes in our test center, is one of them.

Let’s start with the design of the VX 15 first. Although Razer tries to break this habit, the most preferred color is red when the game and the computer come together. The VX 15 is no exception to this. The red details that draw attention in the black body, especially the red detailing the fans, are striking at first sight. The Aspire VX 15 comes in pretty sharp lines. Instead of a flat, rectangular body design, small cuts were made, especially in the corners, at the edges. Although it is a rather large body, the device does manage to look stylish. At this point, we need to specify the following details; The material used on the VX 15’s lid is stained. So when you unzip the device, you can see your fingerprint on it. The same red details welcome us when we lift the lid. For a more comfortable experience, the WASD keys of the device are wrapped in a red frame.

On the other hand, there is a numeric keypad on the device. We can see this as both an advantage and a disadvantage. The numeric keyboard is easy to use especially in passwords and similar situations as it is in the standard computer keyboard. However, the touchpad has moved further to the left as the position. When we placed our hands on the laptop keyboard, we still had to hold it a little to the left. It is not a huge impact, but in the first place, a person is alienating and the flow of use is deteriorating. On the other hand, we can say that we use the touchpad to play more games at a minimum level. But since it supports touch shortcuts, it simplifies usage. For example, when you drag up three fingers up on the touchpad, you can see all the open application windows open and you can quickly switch between windows. You can also do this by sliding your three fingers to the left or right in the same way as the windows cross. It is also not surprising that the backlighting of the keyboard is red without moving to the connection points. The device will come with 2 USB 3.0, one USB 2.0, Ethernet input, HDMI output and a USB 3.1 Type-C connection point.

The VX 15, as its name suggests, has a screen that offers Full HD resolution of 15.6 “. Obviously, we can say that the screen size is enough for the gaming experience. Another plus is that the matt screen does not glare. Let’s add that the computer display is performing quite well when the brightness is on until the end. Another point is the sound of course. The sound performance of the computer with two loudspeakers supported by Dolby Audio is successful. Likewise, the speakers we tested on Netflix are performing well. The device includes a quad-core Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor running at 2.8 GHz. With the 16 GB RAM (DDR4), you can increase the RAM of the device up to 32 GB. In addition, the device includes 1 TB of external disk and 128 GB of SSD. One of the most important details is the video card. In the period when NVIDIA’s laptop gaming computers were gradually abandoning the M series cards, Acer did not take a different decision on the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 computer. Of course, it made us very happy that there was no M series at this point.
