Metro Flyer Weekly Sales 1 November 2026

Metro Flyer Weekly Sales 1 November 2026 The Metro flyer this week runs from October 29 to November 4, 2026, at participating Ontario stores; special prices are available at select Metro locations. For everyday cooking, Carrots or yellow onions, Ontario-grown, 2 lb: $1.99 per bag gives a choice between two ingredients with different roles. Carrots can become a roasted side, while onions can form the base of a cooked vegetable dish. They are alternatives within this offer, not a combined bag. Alongside them, Broccoli crowns, product of Canada: $2.99 each can be steamed for a separate side or cut into pieces for roasting. Sweet potatoes, Ontario-grown: $1.99/lb adds a loose, weight-priced choice when a fixed bag is more than you want. Its final cost depends on the weight selected. The Metro flyer lets you compare these produce formats within the same weekly edition.

Metro flyer this week: choose produce by meal and format

Metro Flyer Weekly Sales 1 November 2026 For a bagged staple, Yellow-flesh, red or white potatoes, Ontario-grown, 5 lb: $4.99 per bag offers three potato types under one listed weight and price. Choose the type for the dish you intend to make, such as mash, roasted pieces or boiled potatoes, rather than assuming every variety behaves identically. A potato side and broccoli can cover two parts of a meal without needing both kinds of potatoes on the same plate. For a separate fruit purchase, Raspberries, 170 g: $3.99 per pack provides a small fixed-weight pack that can be served on its own. The flyer lists the berries as a product of the USA or Mexico, whereas the carrots, onions and potatoes carry Ontario origin labels. Those distinctions are useful if local origin guides your shopping. When comparing weekly flyers, keep per-pound offers separate from per-bag and per-pack prices; the smallest printed price does not necessarily buy the most produce.
